Shipping
Every piece is exclusively crafted and made-to-order in the Netherlands and there is no waste factor in our production. The processing time for all orders is 5 – 20 working days. We consolidate all orders and dispatch them once a week, every Monday. From that point, you can expect a shipping time of 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 3-4 business days for orders within Europe. For international shipping outside Europe, the shipping time may vary depending on the location.

Returns
At Studio Verbaan, we understand that preferences can change. That's why we offer you the flexibility to return your order within 30 days from the shipping date. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure the item(s) are in impeccable condition: unused (excluding trying them on), undamaged, and without scratches, in their original Studio Verbaan packaging. Please note that Studio Verbaan cannot be held responsible for defects occurring prior to receiving the package.
Kindly bear in mind that the shipping costs for the return are to be covered by you, not by Studio Verbaan.
Here's a simple guide to initiate your return:
- Inform us by sending an email to info@studioverbaanshop.nl. Be sure to include your #order number, name, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Affix the return address below on your shipment:

Don't forget to keep the track and trace code provided at the service counter when you drop off your package.
Once we receive your return, we will promptly send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your return. You will receive another email notification when the return has been successfully processed, and the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.
Refunds
After you've returned your order according to the provided instructions, please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your return and the subsequent refund upon receiving the returned package. The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used for the purchase. If there's any delay beyond this timeframe, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@studioverbaanshop.nl for an update on the status of your refund.
Guarantee
If your trophy develops a defect within six months of your purchase, you can return it to us by reporting the issue to info@studioverbaanshop.nl. We will promptly repair it at no cost to you.
Repair
If your piece of jewelry has broken after six months, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price we will repair your item and send it back to you as good as new. Please inform us by sending an email with some photographs of your broken item to: info@studioverbaanshop.nl. This way we can check the possibilities of your repair and inform you about the next step.

At Studio Verbaan, we take pride in crafting exquisite jewelry using high-quality sterling silver 925. Over time, it's natural for sterling silver jewelry to undergo oxidization, leading to discoloration or a dull appearance. This process, inherent to the metal, can easily be remedied by regularly polishing your sterling silver pieces with a dedicated silver cleaning cloth to restore their dazzling shine.
Each piece in our collection deserves dedicated attention to maintain its timeless allure. To safeguard the longevity of your treasures, we suggest storing them in a securely closed jewelry box when not adorning your ensemble. Furthermore, consider removing your jewelry before engaging in activities such as sleeping, showering, gardening, exercising, or visiting saunas.
Ensuring the ongoing radiance of your jewelry relies on regular maintenance. Devote a moment to polish your sterling silver items with a specialized silver cleaning cloth, particularly if they have experienced oxidization, resulting in a darkened appearance. This straightforward step revitalizes your pieces, reinstating their initial, luminous brilliance.
